This policy explains basic rules for websites and services hosted or supported by Hosting 901.

Prohibited use

Clients may not use Hosting 901 services for illegal activity, fraud, phishing, malware, spam, unauthorized access, abusive activity, harassment, copyright infringement, or activity that harms Hosting 901, its providers, other clients, or the public.

High-risk content

Hosting 901 may refuse or cancel service for websites involving high-risk, illegal, abusive, deceptive, or unsafe content.

Email and spam

Clients may not send spam, unsolicited bulk email, phishing messages, or deceptive communications through services connected to Hosting 901.

Resource abuse

Clients may not use excessive server resources, run abusive scripts, attack other systems, host botnets, scrape aggressively, or otherwise interfere with normal hosting operations.

Security

Clients are responsible for strong passwords, protecting login credentials, and notifying Hosting 901 if they suspect unauthorized access.

Suspension or cancellation

Hosting 901 may suspend, restrict, or cancel service when needed to protect systems, comply with law, enforce this policy, address unpaid invoices, or reduce security risk.
