Terms of Service

These Terms explain the basic terms for Hosting 901 services, including the Local Website Care Beta plan.
1. Service provider
Hosting 901 provides website hosting coordination, basic website care, and support for eligible small business websites. Hosting 901 is based in Claremore, Oklahoma.
2. Beta price
The Local Website Care Beta price is $147 for the first 3 months. After the first 3 months, the client may continue for $79/month. The client is not required to continue after the beta period.
3. Payment
The beta fee must be paid before migration, setup, or ongoing service begins. After the beta period, monthly service is billed at $79/month if the client chooses to continue. Service may be paused or canceled for unpaid invoices.
4. Included services
The beta plan includes basic care for one simple business website: hosting setup or migration, SSL setup/check, basic backups, basic uptime monitoring, basic WordPress update help, email support, 15–30 minutes per month of small website edits, and basic hosting-related troubleshooting.
5. Website eligibility
This beta plan is intended for simple business websites, especially simple WordPress websites. Hosting 901 may decline or recommend a different quote for websites that are complex, high-risk, high-traffic, heavily customized, infected with malware, or outside the scope of this beta plan.
6. Not included
The beta plan does not include full redesigns, unlimited edits, SEO, paid advertising, copywriting packages, custom programming, advanced troubleshooting, malware cleanup unless quoted separately, e-commerce support unless approved in writing, domain fees, premium plugin/theme fees, email inbox hosting unless agreed to, emergency 24/7 human support, or work outside the monthly edit limit unless quoted separately.
7. Small edits
The plan includes up to 15–30 minutes per month of small website edits. Unused edit time does not roll over. Larger changes may require a separate quote.
8. Support expectations
Support is handled by email unless another method is agreed to. Monitoring may run 24/7, but Hosting 901 does not guarantee instant 24/7 human response. Support requests are handled as quickly as reasonably possible.
9. Backups and updates
Hosting 901 will make reasonable efforts to maintain backups and perform basic updates for eligible websites. No backup or update system is perfect. Some updates can cause conflicts. Advanced troubleshooting may require a separate quote.
10. Access and ownership
The client must provide needed access and is responsible for making sure they have the legal right to provide access. The client owns their website content, domain name, business information, logos, images, and other materials they provide.
11. Cancellation and refunds
The client may cancel after the 3-month beta period. The $147 beta fee covers setup, review, coordination, and the first 3 months of service. Because setup work may begin shortly after payment, refunds are not guaranteed after work has started. Refund requests may be reviewed case by case.
12. Third-party services
Hosting 901 may rely on third-party providers for hosting, software, monitoring, backups, payment processing, plugins, or related tools. Hosting 901 is not responsible for outages, price changes, downtime, policy changes, or failures caused by third-party providers.
13. No guarantee
Hosting 901 will use reasonable care, but does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, perfect security, search rankings, sales, leads, or business results.
14. Acceptable use
Clients must follow the Hosting 901 Acceptable Use Policy. Hosting 901 may refuse or cancel service for illegal, abusive, unsafe, high-risk, or out-of-scope websites.
